Step into a powerful introduction to Internal Family Systems, where every part of you has a story - and every story matters. In this beginner-friendly training, you’ll explore a compassionate, transformative approach that helps uncover the hidden inner world shaping thoughts, emotions, and behavior, opening the door to deeper healing, clarity, and self-leadership.
This training provides a foundational introduction to the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model and its application in clinical practice as well as your personal life. Participants will learn the core assumptions of IFS, including the concept of the mind as an internal system of parts, the role of Self as the internal leader of the team and the functions of protective and vulnerable parts. The program emphasizes a trauma‑informed, strengths‑based, and non‑pathologizing approach that supports mental health professionals in helping clients increase self‑awareness, internal compassion, and emotional regulation.
