Nashville, TN - Foundations of Internal Family Systems Training - In Person

This training provides a foundational introduction to the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model and its application in clinical practice as well as your personal life. Participants will learn the core concepts of IFS, including the concept of the mind as an internal system of parts, the role of Self as the internal leader of the team and the functions of protective and vulnerable parts. The program emphasizes a trauma‑informed, strengths‑based, and non‑pathologizing approach that supports mental health professionals in helping clients increase self‑awareness, internal compassion, and emotional regulation. I focus on interactive learning rather than a purely lecture-based format, so participants leave with both conceptual clarity, a felt sense experience and tools they can begin using right away.
